Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Reporting an Issue
To raise a return request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear images/videos of the issue

Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
