Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Reporting an Issue

To raise a return request:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and clear images/videos of the issue

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
